Where the money goes
Payments run through Stripe
Stripe processes every card and bank payment. Owners' card and bank details are kept by Stripe, and Meetloop never sees the full numbers.
Money goes to your association
Each payment is passed to your association's own Stripe account, less the $1 per home fee, and Stripe pays it out to your bank.
Private by default
Association pages are invite-only and never listed in search or Explore. Only the board sees the homes list and the ledger.
A record you can hand over
Every payment, check and charge is in the ledger, and you can export all of it whenever the board needs it.

No subscription, no setup fee and no contract. The fee comes out of the dues as they're paid, and your first 3 months are free. Stripe's processing fee is paid by the association: 0.8% per bank payment, up to $5, or 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment.
